I once heard someone say “continuous improvement is not a one-off project, it is a constant and never-ending commitment backed up by action.”  When I founded The Epitec Group, it became apparent that I was never going to be satisfied with the status quo.  Because, when you become satisfied, you become complacent.  And, in our business, being complacent just won’t cut it.

For nearly 30 years we have been focused on continuously improving our services, processes, capabilities, relationships and resources to help meet, and even exceed, our clients expectations.   As a matter of fact, we are so committed to this that in 2007 our corporate objective is “Exceeding Customer Expectations.”   Our entire organization has a keen focus on this objective and is dedicatied to achieving it.  Already this year, we have implemented many new initiatives that both support our clients and employees.
