The Epitec Group will be hosting the next ITIL v3 Intermediate Operational Support and Analysis (OSA) course held May 10 – May 14, 2010 from 9am-4pm.  Course attendees will gain competencies in Service Management, Service Operations, Operational Support and Analysis (OSA), and many more principles and functions for IT service management.  The course agenda is comprised of a series of books and information which provide guidance on the quality provision of IT services. 

The cost of the course will be dependent upon the number of attendees, but will not exceed $1,700 and could be as low as $1,200 if we fill all seats.  This course typically costs approximately $2,800.  The Epitec Group is hoping to have enough students to bring the cost down to $1,400 or less.
