Josie Sheppard, President of The Epitec Group, one of southeast Michigan’s largest technology services and staffing providers has announced the promotion of Maria Sitarski to Manager of Employee Care and Communications. “Our steady growth, along with an expansion of product and service offerings, continues to confirm that our employees are our most valuable asset,” Sheppard commented. “Adding this new position is a structural change that overlaps both our outstanding delivery process and our award-winning employee support team group. Creating this position is significant progress toward our goal of maintaining a strong employee focus as we experience unprecedented growth.”

Maria’s new responsibilities include increasing the engagement of individual employees and lessening the risk associated to client projects as more choices become available to a technically skilled workforce. She is directly responsible for insuring that Epitec continues to be successful in retaining and attracting top talent to meet the needs of Epitec’s diverse client base.

The new position reports to Anthony Hollamon, Executive Vice President and is based in the headquarters building located in Southfield, Michigan. Maria has worked for The Epitec Group for 11 years and was most recently Support Team Supervisor in Southfield. Maria resides in Macomb Township with her husband Jerry.
