The Epitec Group Awarded Minority Business Supplier of the Year

DETROIT, MICH., October 6, 2009 – The Epitec Group, one of the top technology services and staffing companies headquartered in Detroit was designated as a Supplier of the Year by corporate members of the Michigan Minority Business Development Council (MMBDC). Epitec won the designation in the Class III category for minority business enterprises with annual revenues between $10 and $50 million. The announcement was made during the 26th Annual MMBDC Awards Dinner in Detroit.

MMBDC corporate members designated The Epitec Group as a Supplier of the Year to recognize the company’s outstanding success in the areas of growth and development, operational performance, direct spending with other minority owned businesses, and community involvement. “We are pleased that our efforts in these areas continue to be considered best in class,” noted Josie Sheppard, Epitec president. “We are honored to be recognized with such a prestigious award.”
