For the second year in a row, The Epitec Group has been designated as one of Metro Detroit’s 101 Best & Brightest Companies to Work For by the Michigan Business & Professional Association (MBPA). The award honors The Epitec Group for outstanding results and practices in nine human relations categories including communication, community initiatives, compensation and benefits, diversity and multi-culturalism, employee education and development, employee engagement and commitment, recognition and retention, recruitment and selection, and work-life balance.

To determine award recipients, both quantitative and qualitative data was examined by a professional research firm. Epitec employees also had significant say in the results through employee surveys independently administered by MBPA. An annual awards luncheon, held in late October 2009, celebrates all winners.
